Friends, I am seeking your vote for the newly created Family Court Judgeship, Department S. I have practiced primarily in the area of Family Law in Clark County, Nevada over the past fifteen years. Upon relocating to Nevada in 1995, I worked as a law clerk for Presiding Family Court Judge Gloria Sanchez. I have had the privilege of representing people in Clark County ever since that time to the present day with great success.

Over the past fifteen years, I represented members of the community in divorce actions, child custody matters, and child abuse and neglect cases. In 2009, I was appointed by Family Court to be a judge Pro Tem in which I preside over domestic violence and protective order litigation. It was during this time I discovered I have the desire and aptitude to be an excellent judge.

As a small business owner running a law practice, I understand how difficult economic times impact our community. I have plans to increase revenue to the County that could offset hopefully offset layoffs of government employees. If you have questions, please contact me, and I will personally answer.
